I. CALL TO ORDER – Jennifer Wilkins called the meeting to order at 7:00.
II. ROLL CALL
Present: Tom May, Kurt Ackerman, Bob Nickrent, Jennifer Wilkins, Cindy Reinhardt, Jeanne
Coyle, Debbie Caulk
Staff: David Sirko, Walt Williams
Absent: Casey Weeks, Andrew Payne, Kathryn Biarkis
III. CITIZENS WISHING TO ADDRESS HPC
Karen Zimmerman of 1301 N. Main Street requested HPC form a task force to determine
contributing and non-contributing properties on Main Street. The purpose of this study is to
determine which buildings are eligible for Tax Increment Financing.
Jennifer Wilkins explained that HPC has no jurisdiction determining what structures are eligible
for Tax Increment Financing.

Discussion: see attached drawing. COA has been referred to the next scheduled HPC
meeting, HPC requests material list be included in the revised COA.
