1) 2014-01 Right-of-Way adjacent to, N½ of Lot 70, Lot 71 AKA/2 Mallard Lane and
Lot 72 AKA/203 East Lake Drive
Part of Mallard Lane in Block A of "Dunlap Lake Subdivision", as shown by plat
recorded in Plat Book 21 on page 72 of the Madison County records and located in the
Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 4 North, Range 8 West of the Third Principal
Meridian, Madison County, Illinois, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 72 of said subdivision; thence North 86 degrees
37 minutes 02 seconds West along the westwardly prolongation of the south line of Lot
72 a distance of 20.00 feet to an iron rod in the centerline of Mallard Lane; thence along
the centerline of said lane on a curve to the right having a radius of 483.84 feet and a
chord which bears North 7 degrees 15 minutes 18 seconds East 64.07 feet, an arc distance
of 64.12 feet to an iron rod; thence South 78 degrees 57 minutes 05 seconds East along the
north line of said lane 20.00 feet to an iron rod in the east right of way thereof; thence
along a curve to the left having a radius of 463.84 feet and a chord which bears South 7
degrees 15 minutes 24 seconds West 61.40 feet, an arc distance of 61.44 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 1256 square feet.
Subject to a portion of a 20 foot wide easement, the centerline of which being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an iron rod at the intersection of the east line of Lot 70 and the
south line of Lot 72; thence South 86 degrees 37 minutes 02 seconds East along the
prolongation of the south line of Lot 72 a distance of 13.43 feet to the point of
beginning of the centerline herein described; thence North 0 degrees 21 minutes
21 seconds West 31.00 feet to the terminus of said centerline.

2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 1242.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of
Edwardsville (Residential) by establishing an "Estate Lot" residential zoning district.
