The property contains 6.9 acres and is identified as PID 14-2-15-11-19-401-001 & 14-2-15-11-15-401-032. B. (Case 2014-26) 300 S. Main LLC has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a zoning amendment. The petition is to rezone the property at 300 S. Main Street from R-1 Single Family Residence District to R-2 Multiple Family Residence District. The property CONTAINS .4 acres and is identified as PID 14-2-15-11-15- 404-001. C. (Case 2014-27) The proposed vacation of Right-of-Way S. Main Street, at Schwarz Street that is adjacent to 300, 310 South Main Street and 117 W. Linden Street due to the completed recent relocation. The Right-of Way to be vacated contains 19,575 sq. feet [0.4494 Acres]. D.
