The subject property is identified as Part of PID 10-1-16-19-00-000-001.009. (Legal descriptions will be identified during staff’s presentation) B. Case 2015-02 – Anderson Real Estate LLC/Southwestern IL Health Facilities Inc. has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a zoning amendment. The petition is to rezone the property described below from R-1 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial/Business District. The subject property contains 4.54 acres and is identified as PID 10-1-16-19-00-000-001.015 and part of PID 10-1-16-19-00-000- 001.009.
