III. PUBLIC HEARING
A. Case 2015-05 - Public hearing regarding a rezoning of properties generally
described as being located along Hillsboro Avenue, from Fillmore Street on the west
to the MCT Trail (Quercus Grove Trail) to the east and including portions of
Columbia Avenue, Fillmore Street, and Bunn Street. Subject properties would be
rezoned from R-2 Multiple-Family Dwelling District to R-1 Single Family
Residence District.
B. Case 2015-06 - A public hearing regarding a rezoning of property addressed as 1 to
19 Leverette Lane (14-2-15-11-08-201-008) and owned by M P Thirty Properties.
Subject property would be rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residence District to R-
2 Multiple-Family Dwelling District.
C. Case 2015-07 - A public hearing regarding a rezoning of properties generally
described as being located along Commercial Street and College Avenue and
addressed as 215 Commercial Street (14-2-15-11-11-201-001), 217 Commercial
Street (14-2-15-11-07-203-012), 229 Commercial Street (14-2-15-11-07-203-011),
233 Commercial Street (14-2-15-11-07-203-010), 120 College Avenue (14-2-15-11-
06-106-017) and 114 College Avenue (14-2-15-11-06-106-016). Subject properties
would be rezoned from B-1 Central Business District to R-1 Single Family
Residence District.
D. Case 2015-08 - Petition by the City of Edwardsville requesting a zoning text
amendment to adopt the I-55 Corridor Plan Development Regulations and District
Map showing Development District Boundaries. The proposed Development
Regulations will take the place of the City of Edwardsville Zoning Ordinance for all
new development within the planning area.
