Case 2015-21 – A Conceptual Project Workshop for a proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) of property generally described as being within the northwest corner of an approximately 80 acre parcel located on the south side of Goshen Road, across from Vicksburg Drive and assigned the Property Identification Number of 14-1-15-24-00-000-017 (7126 Goshen Road). Hawthorne Hills Development, LLC is proposing the 10.7 acre “Hawthorne Hills” PUD comprised of up to (but not more than) 30 detached single-family homes. Hawthorne Hills Development, LLC is seeking this PUD to allow flexibility with building placement. V. OLD BUSINESS A.
