Case 2015-24 - A public hearing regarding a rezoning of properties generally described as being located along the West Side of South Kansas Street at its intersection with W. Schwarz Street. Subject properties would be rezoned from B-1 Central Business District to R-1 Single Family Residence District. Case 2015-21 – A Public Hearing for a proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) of property generally described as being within the northwest corner of an approximately 80 acre parcel located on the south side of Goshen Road, across from Vicksburg Drive and assigned the Property Identification Number of 14-1-15- 24-00-000-017 (7126 Goshen Road). Hawthorne Hills Development, LLC is proposing the 10.7 acre “Hawthorne Hills” PUD comprised of up to (but not more than) 30 detached single-family homes. Hawthorne Hills Development, LLC is seeking this PUD to allow flexibility with building placement.
