Case 2020-43: Hawthorne Hills, LLC has requested a PUD amendment in order to plat the remainder of the building envelopes within the Planned Unit Development. The PUD amendment will also dedicate the landscaped areas within the roadways as common space. The subject property is located south of the intersection of Hawthorne Hills Drive and Goshen Road and is Zoned R-1 Single Family Residential District with a PUD Overlay. B. Case 2020-46: A text amendment adding Design Guidelines as an appendix to the Zoning Code, Appendix A of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville. The Design Guidelines apply to every zoning district and contain site, landscaping, and building design elements that will be required for new development in the City. V. OLD BUSINESS VI.
