The subject property is located at the southeast quadrant of Rt. 157 and Governors’ Parkway (PID: 14-2-15-15-03-301-016, 14-2-15-15-03-301-017, and 14-2- 15-15-03-301-018). The property is currently zoned B-2 Commercial/Business District and with a PUD Overlay. All terms and conditions of the approved PUD will remain in full effect for this property. The proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) is a ±1.81-acre site that will include 14 detached villas, one 8-unit garage, and two parking areas containing 24 parking spaces in total.
