Case 2022-06 – Boulder Holdings LLC – Planned Unit Development – Development Plan for Gerber Park Planned Unit Development (PUD) located at the Northeast corner of Gerber Road and Governors Parkway (PID:14-1-15-24-00-000-006.002). The proposed PUD is a ±2.97 acre site that will include 21 terrace homes in 6 residential buildings with 4 arranged around a centralized courtyard.
