Approval to award the bid for the SIUE Campus Fire Station to L. Wolf Co., Inc., of Granite City IL in the amount of $2,881,000.00 (base bid) with two alternate bids (reduction of the base bid by $2,000.00 and $4,000.00 respectively). L. Wolf Co, Inc., provided the low bid of seven pre-qualified bidders. The two alternate bids reduce the base bid price by $2,000 (changes flashing material to EPDM flashing) and $4,000 (provides a painted wall in lieu of a wood-finish wall).
