Call to Order Roll (Quorum) Approval of Minutes: Public Safety Committee meeting held Monday, November 9, 2015 Police Department:  No Report Fire Department: Action Item:  An Ordinance Amending Chapter 46 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville - Fire Department Personnel Allocation (An amendment to the staffing ordinance would allow the addition of six (6) new firefighter positions and an assistant chief position to the fire department as budgeted by the corporate authorities. The language is adjusted to allow for future adjustments in personnel with the council’s approval through the adoption of the fiscal year budget. The change also brings the ordinance in line with current fire department practices and accepted ordinance syntax.)
