Approval of a Resolution Approving an Emergency Water Supply Agreement Between the Village of Glen Carbon and the City of Edwardsville 4. Approval of Professional Services Agreement for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Storage Tank design with Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. in the amount of $118,000.00. 5. Approval of a Sole Source Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of One 335 HP Flygt Pump from Vandeventer Engineering in the amount of $120,500. 6. For the 2020 Sewer Lining Contract in the increased amount of $724.60. b. Change Order 4 to Keller Construction, Inc. for the Hale Avenue Improvements Contract in the increased amount of $9,952.87. c. Change Order 5 and Final to Keller Construction, Inc. for the Hale Avenue Improvements Contract in the increased amount of $5,843.23.
