A. Case 2014-02 Zoning Amendment
Jose Ramon petitions the City of Edwardsville for a Zoning Amendment. The petition
is to change the zoning of Lots 24 & 25 in Spring Hill Subdivision from B-2
Commercial/Business District to R-1 Single Family Residence District. The property
has been addressed as 3966 & 3972 Audubon Way and more specifically identified
PIDs 10-2-16-07-19-401-024 & 025.
B. Case 2014-03 Special Use Permit
2S Properties have petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit. The
purpose is to allow a mini-storage warehouse facilities use including some outdoor
storage of each of the two parcels and amend the Special Use Permit approved for PID
14-2-15-14-15-401-008. The property is zoned M-1 Light Industrial zoning district.
The property is addressed as 211 2nd Avenue and more specifically identified as PIDs
14-2-15-14-15-401-008 & 14-2-15-14-15-402-004.
