A. Case 2014-07 Variance
Janet Yates has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Variance. The purpose is to
allow a six foot five inch (6’5”) side yard variance and a two foot (2’) setback variance
from the existing garage to construct a carport addition to the residence that will result
in a one foot (1’) side yard and eight foot (8’) setback from the garage. A seven foot
six inch (7’6”) side yard and ten foot (10”) setback from accessory buildings are
required for compliance with the R-1 Single Family Residence District Requirements.
The property is addressed as 1412 Eberhart Avenue and more specifically identified as
PID 14-2-15-03-20-403-035.
