Zoning Board of Appeals AGENDA May 27, 2014 7:00 P.M. I. ROLL CALL II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Minutes of April 28, 2014 meeting. III. ZONING CASES A. Case 2014-12 Variance Phil Davis of Bonne Terre Construction representing the property owner, Andy Wasser, has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Variance. The purpose is to allow a fifteen foot (15’) front yard variance to construct a carport addition to a residence that is nonconforming with regard to front yard setback. The addition will result in a two foot (2’) front yard for that portion of the residence. The ordinance allows utilization of the established setback on the same side of the street; however a minimum fifteen foot (15’) front yard setback is required to be maintained. The property addressed as 142 Hollyhock and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-03-02-203-005 is zoned R-1 Single Family Residence District. IV. OLD BUSINESS V. NEW BUSINESS VI. ADJOURNMENT
