Case 2014-19 Special Use Permit NCC LLC represented by Mara Meyers has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit. The Special Use Permit is to allow for a use that involves “Assembly, production, processing, wholesaling or warehousing, or manufacturing of any commodity involving raw materials within an M-1 Light Manufacturing District. The proposed site remains unaddressed at this time however is located on a 16.511 acre parcel within the Lakeview Corporate Park located near the terminus of Lakeview Corporate Drive and more specifically identified as PID 18-1-14-23-00-000-006.003, part 18-1-14-23-00-000-001, part 18-1-14-23-00-000-006.002, and part 18-1-14-23-00- 000-006.001 IV.
