A. Case 2015-09 Special Use Permit
Matthew J. Pfund, representing LJC Partners, LLC has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a
Special Use Permit. The purpose is to allow a dwelling unit above the first story at a property
located in the B-1 Central Business District. The specific property is addressed as 100 East
Vandalia Street and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-11-11-204-005.
B. Case 2015-11 Special Use Permit
Danielle Myers has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit. The purpose is
to allow for the operation of a walk up retail service establishment (Tropical Sno snowcones) of
which more than 25% of the commercial activity will be conducted outside a completely enclosed
building in a B-2 zoned area. This is a non- permanent 8’ x 12’ structure to be placed at the
Southern portion (top tier) of the parking lot of Club Centre. The property is addressed as 4 Club
Centre Court and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-22-00-000-016.
C. Case 2015-13 Variance
Plocher Construction representing Park Street Plaza LLC has petitioned the City of Edwardsville
for a Variance. The request is for a variance to permit off street parking facilities to qualify for two
or more uses. One use of the off alley parking/loading area would be a loading zone and
another use would be for parking and allow parking off the alley Monday – Friday from 7:30 am
to 5:30 pm. The property is addressed as 222 East Park Street and more specifically identified
as PID 14-2-15-11-15-403-018.
