A. Case 2015-14 Variance
Robert L. and Laure E. Henson have petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Variance. The request
is to allow an addition to the existing driveway extending it to the property line in order to park
another vehicle off the street and relieve congestion in the street. The property is addressed as 469
Buena Vista and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-14-05-101-010.
B. Case 2015-15 Variance
John and Amy Mullane have petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Variance. The request is to
permit a fence of greater dimension than required by applicable regulations. The petitioners desire
to replace their existing 8 foot fence with a fence of the same height, materials, and style. The
property is addressed as 809 St. Louis Street more specifically identified as 14-2-15-10-12-204-024.
C. Case 2015-12 Special Use Permit
Infinity Land Group has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit. The purpose is
to allow a Planned Unit Development of 42 single family homes on a 13.5 acre tract of land located
in the southwest quarter of Section 14-T4N-8W and the northwest quarter of Section 23- T4N-8W
East of Esic Drive near the terminus of Cloverdale Drive and South of Meadow Lane and the
terminus of Cloverdale Drive. The property surrounds the City of Edwardsville water tower in this
vicinity and is directly north of Leclaire Christian Church. The property is more specifically identified
as PIDs 14-1-15-23-00-000-001.005, 14-1-15-14-00-000-005.010 and Part of 14-1-15-14-00-000-
005.008.
