Case 2015-19 Variance Jamie Henderson of Henderson Associates Architects representing Mike & Megan Zanger has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit. The purpose is to allow for the operation of a walk up retail service establishment (“Taqueria”) of which more than 25% of the commercial activity will be conducted outside a completely enclosed building in a B-2 zoned area. The business will be operated from the accessory structure located at the rear of 120 S. Main Street. The structure is to be addressed as 109 E Park Street and more specifically identified as part of PID 14-2-15-11-15-402-003. IV. OLD BUSINESS V. NEW BUSINESS VI. ADJOURNMENT
