Approval of Minutes from the Zoning Board of Appeals Committee meeting July 27, 2015. III. ZONING CASES A. Case 2015-22 Special Use Permit Jamie Henderson of Henderson Associates Architects representing Edwardsville Township has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit. The purpose is to allow for the installation of a freestanding solar panel array which is considered an accessory structure. The solar panel array will be located near the eastern boundary of the park between the parking areas on the southeasterly side of the internal access road and provide power to operate a new comfort station, a dual EV charging station and personal device charging station demonstrating Edwardsville Township’s commitment to renewable energy. The park is addressed as 6416 Center Grove Road and more specifically identified as PIDs 14-1-15-23-00-000-017, 14-2-15-23-00-000-001.001 & 14-1- 15-23-00-000-004.007. IV. OLD BUSINESS V.
