A. Case 2015-33 Special Use Permit
Henderson Associates Architects, Inc. representing Studio 7 Real Estate Holdings, LLC has
petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit. The purpose is to allow a dwelling
unit above the first story at a property located in the B-1 Central Business District. The specific
property is addressed as 301-303 North Main Street and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-
15-11-10-103-005
B. Case 2015-34 Variance
Henderson Associates Architects, Inc. representing Carl David Brickman has petitioned the City
for a variance. The variance request is to reduce the required setbacks for the property
addressed as 144 West Street, and more specifically identified as 14-2-15-11-13-302-011 and
14-2-15-11-13-302-013, as follows:
Front setback from 50’ to 25’; and
Side setback from 25’ to 10’.
