A. Case 2016-07 Variance
Timothy & Jill Thompson have petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Variance. The request is to
permit a fence of greater dimension than required by applicable regulations. The petitioners desire
to replace their existing 8 foot fence with a fence of the same height, materials, and style. They also
desire to replace the current 6 foot fence along the southern boundary with an 8 foot fence to
continue the same fence line. The property is addressed as 503 W Union Street and more
specifically identified as 14-2-15-10-12-204-0241 & 020.
B. Case 2016-08 Special Use Permit
1st Mid America Credit Union, represented by Jamie Henderson, Henderson Associate Architects,
has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit. The request is to use the 4 existing
drive-thru lanes for the planned financial institution. The property is addressed as 1702 Troy Road
and more specifically identified as 14-2-15-14-16-404-001.002.
