They also desire to replace the current 6 foot fence along the southern boundary with an 8 foot fence to continue the same fence line. Case 2016-08 Special Use Permit 1st Mid America Credit Union, represented by Jamie Henderson, Henderson Associate Architects, has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit. The request is to use the 4 existing drive-thru lanes for the planned financial institution. The property is addressed as 1702 Troy Road and more specifically identified as 14-2-15-14-16-404-001.002.
