The purpose is to allow a photography studio within an M-1 Light Manufacturing District. The property is addressed as 456 E Vandalia, Suite C and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-11-12- 204-012 B. Case 2016-24 - Stillwater Land Group LLC petitions the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit. The purpose is to allow expansion and operation of a senior living facility that will include the addition of 18 memory care units and 16 Assisted Living Units in an R-2 Multiple Family Dwelling District. Upon completion the facility will house 80 units, of which 62 are Assisted Living Units and 18 are Memory Care Units.
