Adam Coleman has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit to
allow the use of the side yard for parking for a Recreational Vehicle (RV) at the
property addressed as 18 Glen Echo Drive. The subject property is more specifically
identified as PID # 14-2-15-21-03-301-011 and is currently zoned R-1 Single Family
Residence District.
B. Case 2019-38
RLP Development, Inc. has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a variance to allow
for a reduced front yard setback of 38.52 feet rather than the required 50 feet for an
existing building located at 1000 Plummer Drive. The property is more specifically
identified as PID 14-2-15-15-18-301-003 and is zoned B-2 Commercial / Business
District.

Jamie Henderson has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Variance to reduce the
