A. Case 2020-13
Dieterich Bank has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit to allow
three (3) drive-through lanes for the proposed bank building. The property is addressed as
2159 South State Route 157 and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-21-04-404-011.
The subject property is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of South State
Route 157 and Butler Blvd. The property is currently zoned B-2 Commercial / Business
District.
