El Reno Convention and Visitors Bureau Board and will be enacted with one
motion. Should discussion be desired on any item, that item will be removed
from the Consent Agenda and considered separately.
1. Approval of the Minutes of the El Reno Convention and Visitors Bureau
Board Meeting of Thursday, June 18, 2026.

2. Presentation from First & Main Films regarding the City of El Reno Tourism
Grant application.

City of El Reno Tourism Grant application from First & Main Films.
4. Presentation from the US Cavalry Association regarding the City of El Reno
Tourism Grant application.
5. Discussion, consideration, action, and/or possible amendments regarding the
City of El Reno Tourism Grant application from the US Cavalry Association.
6. Discussion, consideration, action, and/or possible amendments regarding
updates from the Canadian County Expo Center, Canadian County Historical
Society, El Reno Chamber of Commerce, and Historic Downtown El Reno
Preservation.
