Roll Call:

Minutes Of the October 19, 2022 meeting was reviewed and approved by a motion from D.
Nawrocki, seconded by D. Olkowski. Carried.
Board meetings for 2023 were listed as follows, all on Wednesdays.
1/18/23, 4/19/23, 7/19/23, 10/18/23.
Treasurer Report
Year End Report for the FPIF is not ready yet. The November performance was somewhat
better but, not making up for the losses year to date. No money has been sent to the Fund yet
as the City has been able to pay the pensions from receipts. However, not all funds come in at
the same time and if it is short, a request would be made to cover pensions. A possible test
transfer may be done.
Invoice #634 ($387.50), was motioned to approve by D. Olkowski, seconded by M. Przybylski.
Carried 4yes -o- nay.
A suggestion was made to contact a staff member from the FPIF to attend our next meeting to
answer concerns and to contact L&A, to discuss issues with their company. The Secretary will
make arrangements.
A motion was made to accept the Treasurer report by A. Bialek, seconded by M. Przybylski.
Carried.
Secretary Report
All required disability physicals of disabled members were reviewed. The following -4-
members were deemed to continue to be disabled.
Villarreal, T. Buelow, B. Rinenbach, K. Terry.
A motion was made to accept the findings by A. Bialek, seconded by D. Olkowski. Carried.
Old Business
The Decision and Order concerning D. Gartrell was approved by D. Olkowski, seconded by M.
Przybylski. Carried.
FF Guetierrez refund of $3,942.45 and B. Johnston refund of $67,623.34 was motioned to
approve by M. Przybylski, seconded by D. Olkowski. Carried.

New Business
FF S. Fenwick resigned from the Fire Dept. on 12/9/2022. He has not requested a refund at this
time.
Samuel Sanko was hired by the EFD on 1/6/2023. He has provided all the needed
documentation to be included into the Pension Fund. A motion was made to approve his
application by D. Olkowski, seconded by A. Bialek. Carried.
A retirement request was received from Capt. C. Pleva, to take effect on 2/15/2023, (1st day on
pension). He has accumulated 30 years 9 months of service and is entitled to 75% pension,
monthly salary being $9,882.35. A motion was made to approve this by D. Olkowski, seconded
by A. Bialek. Carried.

Motion was made to adjourn by D. Olkowski, seconded by D. Nawrocki. Carried.
