The meeting will be conducted in the Private Dining Room. The agenda for said meeting is as follows: NOTICE All items on this agenda, including but not limited to items of business, are subject to amendment, including additions and/or deletions. This rule will apply to every individual agenda item without exception, and without providing this same amendment language with respect to each individual agenda item. Draft City of Enid Aviation Advisory Board Minutes Minutes of the Aviation Advisory Board of Enid held at 11:30 AM on Monday, May 18, 2026 in the Private Dining Room of the Terminal Building of the Enid Woodring Regional Airport at 1026 South 66th Street, Enid, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. Chairman Kenneth Girty called the meeting to order with the following members present and absent: PRESENT: Daniel Heath, Michael Porter, Mason Brinley, John (Jay) Bowers IV, and Kenneth Girty ABSENT: Gregory Wilson and David Thomas Staff present were Keston Cook, AIrport Director, and Jayson Crowley, Airport Operations Manager. 2. MINUTES. 1. Consider approval of minutes of the regular Aviation Advisory Board meeting of March 30, 2026. Moved by John (Jay) Bowers IV, seconded by Daniel Heath, Carried by the following votes: Ayes: Daniel Heath, Michael Porter, Mason Brinley, John (Jay) Bowers IV, and Kenneth Girty 3. AIRPORT STAFF REPORTS. 1. Review March 2026 Financials. Keston Provided an update to the board on the status of the airport's financials, both revenue and expenses, focusing primarily on any budget line items that were overbudget. Overall, the airport is in good financial standing. 2. Update on Phase 2 of the South Ramp Hangars Project. Keston gave an update on the status of the status of the South Ramp Hangar Phase 2 project. The project is well underway, all concrete work has been completed, both foundation and apron. The vertical structure is beginning to be raised, with the frame hopefully being finished within the month. Project is still on track to be finished on time. 3. Update on the Status of the New Joint-Use Hangar Storage Bumpout. Keston gave an update on the status of the Storage Bumpout. Construction Page 1 3 of 2 4  2.1. Draft has been fully completed, with all interior garage doors operational now. The only remaining item is for the contractor to come layout sodding around the construction site. 4. Discuss 2026-2031 FAA CIP Projects. Keston gave a briefing on the 2026-2031 planned FAA CIP Projects for the airport. Upcoming projects were discussed, including the rehab of runway 17/35, the rehab and reconfiguration of the airport's main apron, the rehabilitation of the Joint-Use Ramp, and the reconstruction of Taxiway B and it's lighting. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT. There was no public comment. 5. ADJOURN. There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Kenneth Girty adjourned the meeting.
