Call to Order Roll Call Present: Alyosha Wood, Elis Prassel, Jay Hong, Mia Alansari, Simra Rana, Ellyette Ceola, and Aniruth Satish. Blythe Heimer was absent. APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 2, 2025 FAYETTEVILLE YOUTH ADVISORY COUNSIL MEETING MINUTES Approval Of The Fayetteville Youth Advisory Council Meeting Minutes Of October 2, 2025. A Motion To Approve The Meeting Minutes Was Made By Council Member Aniruth Satish And Seconded By Council Member Mia Alansari. It Was Approved By A Vote Of 7-0. A.2. Elis Prassel’s Presentation Elis Prassel Gives The FYAC An Educational Presentation Regarding Driving Education. The Presentation Express The Importance Of Driving Education Among Teens. It Also Mentioned Past Practices Regarding Driving Education Being Integrated Into The School Curriculum. A.3. Tiffany Hoover – White Elephant 5K Collaboration Presentation A Presentation By Tiffany Hoover That Introduced The FYAC To The Yearly Event. The FYAC Approved Of The Idea Of Helping Maintain A Table To Help Those Who Are Participating In The 5K. A.4. Holiday Meetings The Members Of The FYAC Discuss If They Should Continue The Meetings During The Holidays, Or Postpone Them. Due To A Lack Of Availability Of Members, Some Meetings Were Cancelled Or Pushed Back. A.5. Open Discussion During This Time, The Members Will Have An Opportunity To Discuss Any Issues Or Ideas They Had During Or Before The Meeting. During This Meeting, The Members Discussed Any Event Updates That They Had. Nothing Was Voted On.
