APPROVAL OF THE DECEMBER 4, 2025 AND THE DECEMBER 17, 2025 FAYETTEVILLE YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Approval Of The Fayetteville Youth Advisory Council Meeting Minutes Of December 4, 2025 And December 17, 2025. A Motion To Approve The Meeting Minutes Was Made By Council Member Blythe Heimer And Seconded By Council Member Elis Prassel. It Was Approved By A Vote Of 5-0. A.2. CITY COUNCIL PRESENTATION The FYAC Discuss And Prepare A Presentation For The City Council. A.3. OPEN DISCUSSION During This Time, The Members Will Have An Opportunity To Discuss Any Issues Or Ideas They Had During Or Before The Meeting.
