BOARD/COMMISSION: Impact Fee Review Board Meeting

DIRECTIONS: Fishers Pavilion, 10 Municipal Drive, Fishers, IN 46038
1. Call to Order
The Impact Fee Review Board convened at 4:00 p.m.
2. Roll Call
A roll call was taken and those members present: Kim Mills, Lisa Bradford, Chris Schulhof.
Kim Troyer was not present. Mr. Schulhof took his Oath of Office. Others present were: Ross
Hilleary, Megan Vukusich, Jason Taylor, Steve Fehribach, Kay Prange, Rodney Retzner.
Quorum was confirmed and the meeting called to order.
3. Elections and Appointments

c. Appointment of Secretaries (Megan Vukusich, Ross Hilleary, Jonah Butler, Bre
King, Tyler Folk, Sydney Granlund)
d. Appointment of Recording Secretary (Kay Prange)
Ms. Mills was elected as President. Ms. Troyer was elected as Vice-President.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes
a. 1-26-22
A Motion was made for approval of the previous meeting’s minutes. The previous meeting was
held in April of 2021.The minutes were approved by a vote of 2-0. Mr. Schulhof abstained since
he was not a member last year.
5. Hearing
a. There are no Hearings for this meeting.
There were no Hearings. Ms. Vukusich, Director of Planning and Zoning, explained that an
annual meeting is required and presented an Impact Fee Overview and the updated Rules and
Procedures.
Ms. Mills asked for a Motion for the Rules and Procedures. Mr. Schulhof made a Motion to
approve, seconded by Ms. Mills. The Rules and Procedures were approved, 3-0.

7. Meeting Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
