Discuss and consider directing initiating a text amendment to the City’s Zoning Ordinance (Section 37, Use Regulations) to remove “Data Center” as a conditional use in the Light Industrial (LI) district, as established by the Council’s April 21, 2026 Ordinance No. 26-12, amending Section 37, Section 38, and Section 49 of the Zoning Ordinance, and to prohibit data centers as a use in all zoning districts within the city limits, and provide staff direction on scope, process, and timeline for Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council consideration. EXECUTIVE SESSION [2ND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM] PURSUANT TO THE OPEN MEETINGS ACT, CHAPTER 551, TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, THE CITY COUNCIL WILL RECESS INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED MEETING) TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING: 1.
