COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE ON REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS:
IN PERSON: Citizens who desire to address City Council regarding matters on the Agenda shall approach the
podium when public testimony is being heard. Discussion by City Council Members will only occur when an
agenda item is scheduled for consideration. Prior to making comments, each speaker will be required to provide
his/her name and residential address. Speakers will be limited to 3 minutes. Speakers making personal,
impertinent, profane or slanderous remarks will be removed from the Council Chamber and will be barred from

1. Public Hearing concerning an application submitted by property owners Martin Ibarra and
Julia Ibarra requesting a Special Exception within a One-Family Dwelling District 1 (SF-
1) to allow for the construction of a carport/awning for vehicles on Lots One through Ten
(1-10), Block Twenty-Five (25), BEVERLY SQUARE ADDITION, Fort Stockton, Pecos
County, Texas, more particularly described as property located adjacent to Sunset Avenue
and W. 14th Street; said request being in accordance with Section 17(3) of the City of Fort
Stockton Zoning Ordinance. (City Sec./Bldg. Offl.)

3. Discuss/Act upon Poolside Infrastructure Company, LLC's request for the City-owned
portion of James Street to be included in the proposed rezoning and future
development process, with the understanding that any abandonment, closure, sale,
conveyance, and replatting will require separate future action. (City Atty.)

4. Public Hearing to consider an application by property owner Jorge Leyva requesting the
rezoning of Lot Six (6), Block One Hundred Eight (108), ORIENT ADDITION, adjacent to
N. Front Street and W. 7th Street, more particularly described as 700 N. Front Street, Fort
Stockton, Pecos County, Texas, from One-Family Dwelling District 1 (SF-1) to
Commercial District (C) for office use. (City Sec./Bldg. Offl.)

5. Public Hearing to consider an application submitted by property owner Vianca M. Baeza
requesting a Specific-Use Permit for the placement of a manufactured mobile home within

Twenty-One (21), Block Two Hundred Twenty-Nine (229), ORIENT ADDITION, Fort
Stockton, Pecos County, Texas, and more particularly described as property located
adjacent to N. Rooney Street; said request being made in accordance with Sections 7(1),

6. Public Hearing to consider an application submitted by property owner Queens Investment
Properties, LLC requesting the rezoning of Lots Five (5) and Seven (7), Block Thirty-Nine (39),
OLD FORT ADDITION, adjacent to N. Water Street and E. 4th Street, more particularly
described as 402 N. Water Street and 400 N. Water Street, Fort Stockton, Pecos County, Texas,
from General Retail District (R) to One-Family Dwelling District 3 (SF-3) for the purpose of
constructing a single-family residence on each lot. (City Sec./Bldg. Offl.)

7. Public Hearing to consider an application submitted by property owner Poolside
Infrastructure Company, LLC requesting the rezoning of the following properties:
All of Lots One through Eight (1-8), inclusive, Block Thirty-Five (35); Lots One
through Eight (1-8), inclusive, Block Forty (40); and Lots One and Three (1 and 3),
Block Thirty-Four (34), All in ST. GALL ADDITION to the City of Fort Stockton,
Pecos County, Texas;
All of Block Sixteen (16), ST. GALL ADDITION to the City of Fort Stockton, Pecos
County, Texas, together with that portion of Gallagher Street lying between Blocks
Sixteen (16) and Twenty (20), closed by Ordinance No. 99-107;
All of Block Twenty (20), ST. GALL ADDITION to the City of Fort Stockton, Pecos
County, Texas, together with that portion of Gallagher Street lying between Blocks
Sixteen (16) and Twenty (20), closed by Ordinance No. 99-107;
A 0.297-acre tract of land out of Block Thirty-Three (33), ST. GALL ADDITION to
the City of Fort Stockton, Pecos County, Texas; and
A tract of approximately 0.731 acres situated in Section 150 of the Jose Montes

A 0.221-acre tract of land comprising a portion of James Street situated between
Blocks Thirty-Three (33) and Thirty-Four (34), ST. GALL ADDITION to the City
of Fort Stockton, Pecos County, Texas, proposed for future closure, abandonment,
and replatting of said right-of-way.
The applicant requests that the above-described properties be rezoned from One-
Family Dwelling District 4 (SF-4) to Multiple-Family Dwelling District (MF) to allow
for the construction of corporate housing.

Fort Stockton, Texas, granting a Special Exception in a One-Family Dwelling District 1 (SF-
1) to allow for the construction of a carport/awning for vehicles on Lots One through Ten (1-
10), Block Twenty-Five (25), BEVERLY SQUARE ADDITION, Fort Stockton, Pecos
County, Texas, more particularly described as property located adjacent to Sunset Avenue
and W. 14th Street; providing a Special Exception to the Accessory Building Regulations set
forth in Section 12 of the City of Fort Stockton Zoning Ordinance, pursuant to the Special
Exception Authority provided under Section 17(3) of said ordinance; and providing for an

9. Discuss/Act upon Ordinance No. 26-110, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of
Fort Stockton, Texas, rezoning Lot Six (6), Block One Hundred Eight (108), ORIENT

Front Street and W. 7th Street, from One-Family Dwelling District 1 (SF-1) to Commercial

Tracts of Land, a portion of Gallagher Street previously closed by Ordinance No. 99-107, and a
portion of James Street proposed for future closure, abandonment, and replatting, from One-
Family Dwelling District 4 (SF-4) to Multiple-Family Dwelling District (MF) to allow for the
construction of Corporate Housing; and providing for an effective date. (City

13. Discuss/Act upon Ordinance No. 26-114, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of
Fort Stockton, Texas, adopting by reference certain International Codes as the Building
Regulations of the City of Fort Stockton; Repealing previously adopted building codes and
conflicting ordinances; providing for local amendments; providing for penalty; providing

26. Discuss/Act upon authorizing the City Manager to explore options and potential benefits
