NOTE: THE VILLAGE BOARD WILL BE MEETING IN PERSON AT VILLAGE HALL, WITH A REMOTE
ATTENDANCE OPTION, PER THE HYBRID MEETING PROCEDURES FURTHER DESCRIBED IN
SECTION 19-32 D. OF THE VILLAGE CODE. THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO ALL CITIZENS IN PERSON
AT VILLAGE HALL, OR THROUGH THE ZOOM PARTICIPANT INFORMATION SHOWN BELOW,
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: NO ASSURANCE IS PROVIDED TO THOSE GOVERNING BODY
MEMBERS AND CITIZENS INTENDING TO ATTEND REMOTELY THAT THE TECHNOLOGY WILL
PERFORM SUFFICIENTLY TO ALLOW FOR THEIR PARTICIPATION AND THE MEETING WILL
PROCEDE REGARDLESS. PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND CITIZENS WISHING TO ENSURE THEY CAN

B. Persons Desiring to be Heard
At this time, individuals can address the Village Board on one or more topics for up to
three-minutes with time extensions at the Village President's discretion. Citizen comment
when agenda items are called will be heard at the discretion of the chair, subject to the
overall three-minute limit. In connection with non-agenda items, no action will be taken
except for possible referrals to individuals or committees. NOTE: No comments will be
heard during this agenda item concerning a pending application for a zoning code
amendment, as the appropriate time for such comments will be at the duly noticed public
hearing, so that all interested persons can hear the comments and due process is
preserved.

a. Public Hearing on a Conditional Use Permit amendment application to allow a
massage therapist to operate inside of an existing tanning and wellness facility,
proposed for 8783 N Port Washington Rd, as required per Village Code Sections 745-

b. Public Hearing on a Conditional Use Permit to construct a commercial multitenant
building including a restaurant (coffee shop) with drive-through, located at 8739 N
Port Washington Road as required per Village Code Sections 745-18. (Pg. 6)
E. Consent Agenda
All items listed under the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion without
discussion unless any Board member requests that the item be removed for individual
discussion and possible action. Any item(s) so removed shall be considered individually
prior to consideration of any New Business agenda items in the same order in which they
were originally listed in the Consent Agenda.
a. Approve the minutes of the June 9, 2026 Village Board meeting. (Pg. 7-16)
b. Approve payment of the bills in the amount of $675,553.72 for the period June 1,
2026 through June 30, 2026 per the report submitted by the Village Manager. (Pg. 17-
30)
c. Accept the quote of Asphalt Contractors, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $133,180.30
for roadway patches at various locations in the Village and authorize the Village
Manager to sign the agreement per the Director of Public Works’ memorandum. (Pg.
31-33)
d. Accept the bid of Cudahy Roofing & Supply, Inc. in the amount of $58,400 for repairs
to the Village Hall and DPW roof pursuant to the Director of Public Works'
memorandum dated June 25, 2026. (Pg. 34-40)
e. Approve the Base Bid and Alternate Bid No. 2 from WSO Grading & Excavating in an
amount not to exceed $141,005 for the Storm Sewer Replacement Project and
authorize the Village President and Village Clerk/Treasurer to execute the contract.

f. Accept the bid of Compass Minerals in the amount of $85.61 per ton for sodium

g. Authorize the submittal of a Community Development Block Grant application for the
reimbursement of lease costs for the LX Club, a community based senior group

h. Approve the Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) State Municipal Agreement
between the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the Village of Fox Point and

a. Consideration of an F Institutional District & Outdoor Recreational Areas and Facilities

court areas at Indian Creek Park (generally located east of Indian Creek Parkway and
south of Dean Road, on portions of Tax Keys 0600121000 and 0600122000, and

b. The Village Board will consider signage and striping options for pickle ball play at
Longacre Park and Indian Creek Park and may take action to direct staff accordingly.
