FRANKLIN BOARD OF ASSESSORS MEETING AT FRANKLIN MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ROOM 106, 355 EAST CENTRAL STREET, FRANKLIN, MASSACHUSETTS THURSDAY, JULY 23, 2026 AT 5:30 PM AGENDA The following is a list of matters reasonably anticipated by the Chair that may be discussed. At 6:00 PM Board will recess to reconvene with the Town Council Economic Development Subcommittee in the 3rd Floor Training Room. C. MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE 1. MV Excise Tax Abatement Denials. 2. MV Monthly Letters. D. PERSONAL PROPERTY 1. PP abatements. 2. PP Monthly Letters. E. BOAT EXCISE F. REAL ESTATE 1. RE Abatements, Exemptions & ATB Appeals. 2. RE Monthly Letters. G. EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. I move that the Board vote to go into Executive Session under Purpose 7 to discuss and vote on matters that are confidential in accordance with law, such as, but not limited to abatements and exemptions (MGL Ch. 59, Sec. 60), or property income & expense disclosures (MGL Ch. 59, Sec 52B). Following Executive Session, the Board will return to Open Session.
