CONSENT AGENDA
The items under the consent agenda are deemed by the Historic Preservation Officer
to be routine innature and will be approved by one motion of the Board adopting the
staff findings andrecommendation as part of the approval. The items on the consent
agenda will not be discussed. Any member of the Board or the public that wishes to
discuss an item on the consent agenda may request that it be removed and placed on
the individual consideration agenda.

A. DEV-2026-70-COA - 111 E. Creek St. - Consideration and possible action a
request for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) for the demolition of a low-
rated structure for the property located at 111 E. Creek St., bearing the legal
description of FBG ADDN, BLK 41, LOT NUMBER, SE OF LOT 576.
5. CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATIONS
A. DEV-2026-54-COA - 506 N. Orange St. - Consideration and possible action on a
request for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) for the exterior remodeling of
an existing single-family residential structure to include front and rear additions
and door replacements for the property located at 506 N. Orange St., bearing the
legal description of KALLENBERG BLK 4, LOT 1-PT & 2-PT.
B. DEV-2026-73-COA - 321 W. Creek St. - Consideration and possible action on a
request for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) for the placement of a historic
Victorian farmhouse-style structure on the property located at 321 W. Creek St.,
bearing the legal description of FBG ADD, BLK 25, LOT 450R.
