GENEVA CITY COUNCIL MEETING July 15, 2013 CALL TO ORDER The July 15, 2013 meeting of the Geneva City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall by Mayor Kevin Burns. Aldermen present: Chuck Brown, Mike Bruno, Dorothy Flanagan, Dean Kilburg, Richard Marks, Tom Simonian, Ron Singer. Aldermen absent: Don Cummings, Craig Maladra, Dawn Vogelsberg. Also attending: City Atty. Charles Radovich, City Administrator Mary McKittrick, Asst. Singer expressed his appreciation to Sharon Brazill and Joe Stanton for their efforts at the recent TRIAD senior picnic. He explained the goals of TRIAD, including increased awareness of crimes against seniors, programs for seniors regarding crime prevention, awareness of abuse against seniors, and improved communication and trust among seniors, law enforcement and other agencies. Birthday Greetings Ald. Flanagan extended birthday greeting to Geneva Patch Editor Rick Nagel and to Asst. City Admin. Dawkins. Mayor Introduces Boy Scouts Mayor Burns introduced Scouts Alec Heidlauf and Nolan Kutz, who are earning their citizenship merit badges. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, moved by Ald.
