Call to Order Chairman Brown called the meeting to order at 7pm noting that Mayor Burns was absent. 2. Consider Consent Agenda Moved by Ald. Marks, second by Ald. Bruno V/V: 9‐0 Motion carried. *3. Approve Committee of the Whole Minutes from February 10, 2014. Approved on Consent Agenda 4. Items of Business a. Recommend Approval of Certificate of Acceptance for Living Well Cancer Resource Center for Water Main, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer and Right‐of‐Way Improvements. Moved by Ald. Flanagan, second by Ald. Kilburg V/V: 9‐0 Motion carried. b. Recommend Draft Ordinance Approving a Preliminary & Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) for the First Baptist Church Located at 3435 Keslinger Road – Request to Reestablish a Preliminary PUD for the Property and Final PUD Approval for Phase 2, a 23,200 Square foot building addition to the existing facility. Moved by Ald. Singer, second by Ald. Flanagan Brief discussion on changes to the PUD since the original plan was submitted. V/V: 9‐0 Motion carried. 5. New Business 6.
