SPECIAL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MINUTES MARCH 17, 2014 1. Call to Order Mayor Burns called the special meeting to order at 7:27 pm noting that all aldermen were present. Also present: McKittrick, Dawkins, Dinges, Divita, Untch, Mexin, Dahl, VanGyseghem, Bong, Passarelli, Nash 2. Items of Business a. Recommend Approval of FY2014-15 General, Electric, Water/Wastewater, Capital, TriCom and Miscellaneous Fund Budgets, and Classification and Compensation Plan. Moved by Ald. Singer, Second by Bruno. Roll call: Ayes: 10 Nays: 0 Motion carried. 3. New Business none 4. Adjournment On a motion by Ald. Marks, second by Ald. Singer, the meeting was adjourned by unanimous voice vote at 7:35pm.
