SPECIAL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MINUTES MARCH 3, 2016 PRESENT: Mayor Burns, Ald. Bruno, Burghart, Cummings, Kilburg, Maladra, Marks, Radecki, Simonian, Seno (arrived at 7:06pm), Singer STAFF PRESENT: Asst. Admin./Dir. of Admin. Svcs. Dawkins 1. Call to Order Mayor Burns called the meeting to order at 7:00pm. 2. Closed Session on the Appointment, Employment, Compensation, Discipline, Performance, or Dismissal of an Employee of the Public Body. Moved by Ald. Bruno, second by Ald. Singer, the meeting was adjourned to closed session by roll call vote of 9-0 at 7:05pm. On a motion by Ald. Marks, second by Ald. Singer, the meeting was moved back to open session at 10:15pm by roll call vote of 10-0. 3. New Business 4. Adjourn On a motion by Ald. Simonian, second by Ald.
