Board of Fire and Police Commission City of Geneva 22 South First Street Geneva, IL 60134 Minutes of the January 9, 2013 Meeting Conference Room – Geneva Fire Department Commissioners in Attendance: Jim Kautz, Arnold Northrup and Suanne Tompkinson. Others in Attendance: None. Meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. by Commissioner Kautz. A) APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion: A motion was made by Commissioner Kautz that the minutes from the December 11, 2012 meeting be approved as presented. Seconded by Commissioner Tompkinson. All Aye, motion passed. B) PUBLIC COMMENTARY - None C) COMMUNICATIONS – None D) UNFINISHED BUSINESS The Commission spent the remainder of the meeting reviewing the Procedural Manual that is being compiled. Commissioner Tompkinson provided an updated copy of the manual for review. Each section of the manual was read, additions and deletions were noted. Changes will be made and a final copy of the manual available by the next meeting. E) NEW BUSINESS No new business was brought before the Commission. F) ADJOURNMENT Motion: A motion was made by Commissioner Tompkinson that the meeting be adjourned. Second by Commissioner Kautz. All Aye. The meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m..
