City of Geneva Board of Fire and Police Commission Meeting Geneva Fire Department Conference Room 200 East Side Drive, Geneva, IL 60134 Minutes of the October 7, 2015 Meeting 1. CALL TO ORDER Chair Northrup called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. PRESENT: Chair Arnold Northrup, Commissioner Brian Jones and Commissioner Jennifer McMahon ABSENT: None 2. MOTION FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION – INTERVIEWS WITH FIRE LIEUTENANT CANDIDATES Chair Northrup moved to go into executive session under 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity. Seconded by Commissioner Jones and unanimously passed by those present. Commissioner McMahon moved to come out of executive session. Seconded by Commissioner Jones and unanimously passed by those present. 3. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Jones moved to adjourn the meeting.
