CALL TO ORDER Chair Northrup called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. PRESENT: Chair Arnold Northrup, Commissioner Brian Jones and Commissioner Jennifer McMahon ABSENT: None 2. MOTION FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION – INTERVIEWS WITH POLICE OFFICER PROMOITION CANDIDATES Commissioner Jones moved to go into executive session under 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity. Seconded by Commissioner McMahon and unanimously passed by those present. 3. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION Commissioner McMahon moved to come out of executive session. Seconded by Commissioner Jones and unanimously passed by those present. 4. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Jones moved to adjourn the meeting.
