Business to be conducted includes; 1. Review minutes from previous meeting. 2. Treasurer’s Report Consider Old Business 1. Update on approved special projects 2. Update on Open Meetings Act Training Consider New Business 1. Consider approval of a draft ordinance for the Foreign Fire Fund and recommend its consideration by the Geneva City Council. 2. Consider request from Explorer Post 205 for financial support to send Post Advisors to the Explorer Weekend hosted by the Illinois Fire Service Institute in June, 2014. 3. Consider the replacement of the copper emblem at the entrance to Station 1. 4. Consider purchase of extended warranty for Cause & Origin Team SLR digital camera. 5. Set date for elections for expiring terms of three Trustee’s. 6. General discussion of long-term, capital projects for the department. 7. Entertain comments from trustees. 8. Entertain comments from public attendees (five minutes limit per attendee).
