Call to Order – Meeting called to order by Brault, Merrill - second at 6:00pm 2. Roll Call – Backus, Brault, Cassin, Clements, Janis, Juby, Main, Merrill, Sarangabany. Also present Stephanie Dawkins Absent – Clements Visitor – Robert Danek, 208 McKinley Geneva IL 3. Amendments to the Agenda – none 4. Approval of Submitted Reports a. Approval of Minutes – One change to minutes – under Student Government – Feb 19th date instead of Feb 17 for next meeting. Approved change: Cassin; 2nd Backus; Juby and Main abstained Approval of Budget – 1st Main; 2nd Backus – minor charge to debt side- Motion carried unanimously 5. Sub Committee Reports a. NRC – Juby/Cassin – - Earth Day, April 18, 2015 - Peck Farm 11:00 - 3:00 Details and map of Earth Day were shared. Looking for more volunteers. - Wine, Cheese and Trees event went well, student involvement; well organized and raised money with silent auction b. ICEC – Backus – - Will not participate at Swedish Days event this year - ICEC banner and logo – ready to be displayed on Sunday, March 15 - Website not public yet - FUNDRAISER- SAVE THE DATE ideas include May 5, 12 and 19th. - ECI/GHS/Middle School Exchanges – Looking at 10-12 guests, 6-7 have already signed up. - CROISSY DELEGATION VISIT FALL 2015 – the official invitation has been sent to Croissy. Dates September 11 -15, 2015 - New Project - art project/ exchange with school in Croissy c. Student Government – Sarangabany - - Student Government Day April 21, Stephanie will send details - T-shirt done and are beautiful! - Last meeting talked about unions and various other City budget information - Last meeting for the school year in May 6. Strategic Plan Priority Review – a. Prioritize visions stated – Visions 4-5 first round completed 7. Additional business – a. Brault speaking on channel 10 and 99 March 26 b. April social yearly event April 15, 2015 8. Calendar review – Next meeting April 15, 2015 9. Adjournment - 1st Backus; 2nd Cassin- Motion carried unanimously at 7:33PM
