Roll Call – Backus, Cassin, Clements, Janis, Juby, Main, Merrill, Sarangabany. Also present Stephanie Dawkins Absent – Brault Visitor – Terry Flanagan 102 Brookfield Ln Geneva, IL 3. Amendments to the Agenda – none 4. Approval of Submitted Reports a. Approval of Minutes – Approved: Cassin; 2nd Backus Motion carried unanimously Approval of Budget – Adjustments to budget - 1st Main; 2nd Backus. Motion carried unanimously 5. Sub Committee Reports a. NRC – Juby/Cassin – - Earth Day, April 13, 2015 - Peck Farm 11:00 - 3:00 - If weather continues to be good, first spring work day scheduled soon b. ICEC – Backus – - Fundraiser on May 19, Wildwood – wine tasting, door prizes $35 per guest/60 guests c. Student Government – Sarangabany - - Student Government Day was on April 21st and went well - Last meeting for the school year in May 6. Strategic Plan Priority Review – a. Prioritize visions stated – Visions 6 first round completed 7. Old business – a. Social event discussion next meeting 8. Additional Business a. Calendar review – Officer Elections at May meeting b. Next Meeting May 20, 2015 c. Terry Flanagan discussed the reason for his attending this meeting was to discuss the Monarch Butterfly program. He will also be attending NRC’s next meeting. Mr. Flanagan passed out some information for our review regarding preserving the Monarch Butterfly. 9. Adjournment - 1st Backus; 2nd Cassin- Motion carried unanimously at 7:33PM
