Roll Call – Backus, Brault, Clements, Janis, Juby, Main, Merrill, Sarangabany. Also present Stephanie Dawkins Absent – Cassin Mayor Burns and Alderman Dean Kilburg 3. Amendments to the Agenda – none 4. Approval of Submitted Reports a. Approval of Minutes – Juby; 2nd Backus Approval of Budget – Merrill; 2nd Juby 5. Sub Committee Reports a. NRC – no meeting; no report out b. ICEC – no meeting; no report out c. Student Government – Sarangabany - - New officers elected for next school year 6. Strategic Plan Priority Review – a. Prioritize visions stated – Visions 4-5 first round completed 7. Debrief Mayor and Alderman on progress to date a. Explained the process SPAC goes by, working through the visions b. Goal to accomplish in the next three months 8. Additional business – a. Present work accomplished on visions August 31st to Mayor and aldermen at joint meeting 9. Calendar review – Next meeting July 15, 2015 10. Adjournment - 1st Backus; 2nd Sarangabany- Motion carried unanimously at 7:40PM
