Analysis: Due to OMA policy, whenever a meeting of a majority of a quorum of a Village commission takes place, this meeting must be publicly noticed. A quorum is required to conduct AAC business and a quorum is not expected. Although no AAC business will be conducted, members of the AAC may participate within the public comment portion of the meeting.
