Call To Order: Called to order at 5:03 PM by Commissioner Meyers
Public Comments: None
Motion to Enter Executive Session: At 5:05 PM, Commissioner Meyers motioned to go
into Executive Session for the purpose of discussion, pursuant to Section 2c(1)
of Open Meetings Act, the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline,
performance, or dismissal of specific employees. 3 Yeas; 0 Nays. Motion
carried.
Commissioner Borello moved to go back into Open Session at 7:42PM.
New Business: Commissioner Borello moved to move candidate #7750 forward in the hiring
process. 2 Yeas; 0 Nays. Motion carried.
Commissioner Meyers moved to not move candidate #5342 forward in the
hiring process. 2 Yeas, 0 Nays. Motion carried.
Commissioner Borello moved to not move candidate #4089 forward in the
hiring process. 2 Yeas, 0 Nays. Motion carried.
Commissioner Meyers moved to move candidate #9618 forward in the hiring
process. 2 Yeas; 0 Nays. Motion carried.
At 7:50PM, Commissioner Borello moved to recess the meeting until Wednesday, 6/18/25, at
11:00AM in the Glen Ellyn Police Department Conference Room. 3 Yeas: 0 Nays. Motion
carried.

Commissioner Taylor moved to go back into Open Session at 4:46 PM.

Commissioner Taylor moved to not move candidate #612 forward in the
hiring process. 3 Yeas, 0 Nays. Motion carried.

written by common consent.
The next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 3:30 PM in the Glen Ellyn Police
Department Community Room.
Commissioner Meyers moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:00 PM. 3 Yeas, 0 Nays. Motion carried.

Commissioner Chair Taylor.

Approval of Minutes: Regular Session Minutes dated 5/13/2025 approved
as written by common consent.
Old Business: Commissioner Borello moved to approve o cer eligibility
list dated May 20, 2025. 3 Yeas; 0 Nays. Motion carried.
Motion to Enter Executive Session: At 11:30 AM, Commissioner Chair Taylor moved to go
into Executive Session for the purpose of interviews in the establishment of a
promotional eligibility list, pursuant to Section 2c(3) of Open Meetings Act.
3 Yeas; 0 Nays. Motion carried.
Commissioner Meyers moved to go back into Open Session at 4:58 PM.

New Business: None
The next regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 3:30PM in the Glen Ellyn
Police Department Community Room has been cancelled.
Special Session meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM and
Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 10:45AM in the Glen Ellyn Police Department Community
Room.
Commissioner Borello moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:00PM. 3 Yeas, 0 Nays. Motion
carried. Meeting adjourned.
